3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs taken by YourPhotos are protected by copyright law. The ownership of copyright remains with YourPhotos unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are granted a license to use the images for personal purposes, but any commercial use requires additional permission and may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their needs and preferences. It is also the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions and releases are obtained for any locations or individuals included in the photographs.

6. Delivery of Photos

We will deliver the final edited photographs in the agreed format and within the specified time frame. Any delays or issues with the delivery will be communicated promptly. It is the client’s responsibility to review and confirm receipt of the final images.

7. Liability

YourPhotos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies beyond our control, such as natural disasters or health crises, we may need to reschedule or cancel the session. We will make every effort to accommodate such situations and work with you to find a suitable solution.

9. Client Feedback

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experiences with us. Any concerns or issues should be communicated as soon as possible so that we can address them promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
